Administrative Assistant


The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support. He or she will ensure a professional written standard in all external communication. He or she will perform numerous duties, including scheduling, correspondence, maintaining the agenda, recording minutes, research, and answering requests.


  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English (and French)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio...)
  • Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Effective verbal and listening communications skills
  • Smartsheet and Slack (a plus)
