I’m a 4th year undergraduate in political science and journalism. My interests are political journalism and international relations, particularly foreign policy. After graduation, I have my sights on grad school and working as a political analyst for a media organization. I was the previous VP-Finance for the Political Science Student Association and I currently blog for a non-profit, BeyondViolence. As the president of TEDxConcordia, I acknowledge the importance of the opportunities that TEDx brings to the community. This year’s edition will be nothing less than special as we are going beyond our limits to give you the TED-like experience.

I like to connect people and create opportunities. TEDxConcordia2016 will deliver a memorable and personalized experience for each participant (speakers, audiance, sponsors, staff). Being smaller in size, it will offer an environment and structured program that fosters more interaction; so that everyone being part of it will contribute to the success of the event.

I decided to join TEDxConcordia because it is a way to challenge myself while doing something that I am passionate about. After discovering TED talks, I admired their ability to spread fascinating ideas to so many people, and I can’t wait to do the same for our school.
